OSHKOSH, WISCONSIN – Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. is pleased to be part of multiple construction projects happening across the state of Wisconsin. Omni recently secured several painting jobs including One Menasha Center (Menasha) Oshkosh North High School Gym (Oshkosh), Village Pointe Commons (Grafton), Juliette Manor (Berlin) and Dental Associates (Howard).
One Menasha Center: This eight-story, 118,200 square-foot office tower is being built on the site of the former Hotel Menasha and former First National Bank. Faith Technologies will occupy the upper floors of the building, and Community First Credit Union and RLJ Dental will occupy the first floor. Omni will be responsible for painting all areas that will be occupied by the tenants as well as painting the drywall and hollow metal door frame covers. The entire project is expected to be completed by May 2016.
Oshkosh North High School Gym: Omni will be performing a renovation of the gym that will include cleaning all surfaces and painting. “There are areas that will need to be stripped before painting and all the ceiling structure will need to be blown down with compressed air before painting,” said John Bishop, Commercial Paint Project Manager.
Village Pointe Commons: Village Pointe Commons is a 227-unit senior living community in Grafton. It will include a wide range of common area amenities including a theatre, coffee shop and bistro and a 7,000 square foot Aquatic Center with therapy and other activity programming. Omni will be painting the walls, trim package, installing vinyl along with some wood finishing. The project is expected to be completed by November 2016.
Juliette Manor: Juliette Manor is a 37-bed skilled nursing facility that will provide care for short-term rehab residents, stable long-term care residents, and memory care. The facility’s location on the hospital campus will provide easy access to a full continuum of care. Omni will be painting walls and doors along with white washing the ceilings. Omni will also being painting decorative trusses for the new building. That work will be done in our paint ship and shipped to the site.
Dental Associates: Dental Associates is currently renovating the former Max and Erma’s restaurant for its second Green Bay area location. Renovations are being done on the existing, 5,000-square-foot property and an additional 3,300 square feet of space is being added. For the Dental Associates renovation, Omni will be painting the interior drywall, installing wall coverings and painting the hollow metal doors and frames. The scheduled completion date is August 2016.
