Omni Glass & Paint is pleased to announce several changes to its leadership team as two long-time employees retire.
Executive Vice President & Glass Manager Dave VanderZanden retired after 40 years with the company. Omni is excited to announce Todd Schwister will now serve as Vice President of Glass.
Todd will oversee all glass division operations ensuring all company goals and growth objectives are met.
“Dave was a vital part of the company through the years, and we will miss his leadership and dedication. We’re thrilled to welcome Todd to the team. His extensive industry knowledge and experience with major companies in general contracting, glass contracting, and glass and aluminum manufacturing make him an excellent addition to our team, said David Miller, president, Omni Glass and Paint.
Prior to accepting this position, Todd was the Operations Manager and Project Executive at Alliance Glazing Technologies. In addition, he has 24+ years of overall industry experience throughout the United States, including General Manager and National Accounts Sales Manager at Oldcastle Building Envelope and Operations Manager and Project Manager at Harmon, Inc. Todd graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in Construction Management.
In addition, Omni Glass & Paint’s CFO Carrie Johnson retired after 17 years with Omni. Omni is excited to announce that Chris Skrobutanas will now serve as Vice President of Finance.
Chris will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting and finance operations.
“We are excited for Chris to be part of the Omni team. He is an experienced finance leader with a proven track record of success. I’m confident he will play an important role in the continued growth of our organization,” said Miller.
Prior to accepting this position, Chris was with Baker Tilly for 14 years. Chris graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Professional Accountancy. Chris is a certified public accountant. He also serves as the treasurer on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Fox Valley region.
Both Todd and Chris will serve on the Omni Glass & Paint Board of Directors.
