Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Bridenbaugh as a Commercial Glass Estimator and Tom Mueller as its Human Resources Director.
Bridenbaugh is responsible for reviewing specification information and other documentation to prepare, time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. He will also be responsible for following-up with subcontractors to ensure that bids are received, complete and competitive. The estimator is a critical position that is responsible for ensuring that Omni knows everything required to successfully bid and win the project.
Bridenbaugh comes to Omni after working a majority of his career at Mid-States Aluminum Corp. He achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, among others.
Mueller will lead all human resource efforts for Omni Glass & Paint by working with nearly 200 employees across 5 locations. His duties include employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, education & training, safety & health, and organizational development.
Mueller most recently worked at Federal-Mogul in Manitowoc as the Human Resources Manager. He graduated from UW Eau Claire with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and brings with him 30+ years of experience as an HR professional.
