Create a long lasting building fascia
We use state of the art technologies to fabricate and install aluminum composite panels on any type of substrate. We have two types of attachment systems which use 4mm aluminum composite sheets.
OMNI RS™ Pressure Equalized Rain Screen System
Our system uses rout-and-return fabrication methods with mechanically fastened extruded perimeter framing and attachment clips. This system allows the 1/2″ reveal joints to be the same finish as the base panel or provide as a different color accent strip.
The Pressure Equalized Rain Screen System is tested in accordance with AAMA 508-07 and is compliant with the following tests:
ASTM E 283-04
ASTM E 1233-00
ASTM E 331-00
ASTM E 330-14
AAMA 501.1-05
OMNI WS™ Rout & Return – Wet Seal System
This system uses a rout and return fabrication method similar to the rain screen application, but it has no continuous perimeter framing. The 1/2″ joints are caulked (wet sealed) to make the system water tight.
The Wet Seal System is tested in accordance with AAMA 508-07 and is compliant with the following tests:
ASTM E 283
ASTM E 331-00
AAMA 501.1
ROLL FORMING
We have the capability to do radiused panels for column covers, fascia panels or any custom shape your project needs.
