Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. is pleased to announce its commercial glass division will be part of the new Courtyard by Marriott being built along Appleton’s riverfront
The $12-million hotel with have 95 rooms, a lounge, a workout facility and access to trail systems along the Fox River. The developers of the RiverHeath complex announced a Courtyard by Marriott hotel will be moving in, alongside their two new apartment buildings.
Omni will be installing the storefront, glazing, automatic doors, mirrors, and shower partitions.
The hotel is set to open in spring of 2017.
