Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. is pleased to announce its commercial paint division will be part of the renovations and expansions at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s Marinette and Green Bay locations.
The project at NWTC Marinette includes renovating 68,000 square feet of the existing facility and three separate additions equaling approximately 14,000 square feet. Construction is expected to be completed by the summer of 2018.
The project at NWTC Green Bay includes renovating 67,000 square feet of the existing facility (two-stories) and two separate, two story additions equaling approximately 27,500 square feet.
At NWTC Marinette, Omni will be performing the drywall finishing and painting. At the Green Bay location, Omni will be performing the drywall taping only.
