Omni Glass & Paint, Inc. is pleased to announce the Bear Exhibit Expansion at the Wildwood Zoo in Marshfield, Wisconsin is being recognized as a Project of Distinction by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) of Wisconsin.
The Adler Family Kodiak Bear Exhibit expansion was built by Altmann Construction Company. Omni’s paint division was part of the project by repairing and painting the existing structure.
The exhibit includes a 4,600-square foot, glass-enclosed area and a nearly one-acre “Bear Woods” with a 65-foot bridge spanning the two habitats.
Each year, ABC of Wisconsin recognizes the members most exceptional and distinguished projects through their Project of Distinction Awards program. All winning projects were completed between October 2014 and September 2015. The competition is open to all general and subcontractors members of ABC of Wisconsin. Out of more than 800 members, ABC of Wisconsin is honoring 41 projects from 30 different member companies.
